byemuch does not refund any local import duty or tax.
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to replace an item, you must request a refund, return it at your own cost, and purchase a replacement as a new order at https://byemuch.com.
If we make a mistake and ship the wrong or damaged item, we will cover all the costs of sending the replacement item.
